Vickie Chachere

Vickie Chachere has spent more than 20 years as a journalist, covering major national and international stories for a variety of media organizations, including the Associated Press. Most recently, she was part of the reporting team on the 2024 edition of the Forbes 50 Over 50. Her career also includes more than a decade in strategic communications, speechwriting and public policy analysis at the University of South Florida. She is a graduate of the Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University and completed a graduate certificate in globalization studies at USF. She is based in Tampa, Florida.
