Tiffany Poeppelman

Tiffany Poeppelman is the Director of Career Development at LinkedIn. She applies emerging and classic career development approaches including tools and programs to 20K employees across the global organization. She has held key roles at some of the most disruptive companies in tech, and has lived in three different countries across Europe and North America. Tiffany currently serves on the Executive Board for the Society of Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She also serves as a professional speaker to global audiences and mentors professionals across their career journeys. She received her Master’s Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Northern Kentucky University, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
