Kelli Jones is a virtual lawyer for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and online coaches. She counsels entrepreneurs to help legally protect their business, mainly through federal trademark registration, contracts, and other business strategies. Kelli has been practicing law for over 7 years and has worked for both non-profits and private firms. Kelli opened her own law firm during covid after seeing a gap in the online business space and entrepreneurs struggling with issues like non-payment, copyright and trademark infringement, and not knowing how unprotected their business was. Her goal is to help make the legal side a little less boring and to encourage proactive legal protection to save money, time and stress.
