Kathleen Mitford

Kathleen has spent her career crafting strategies and empowering employees to ensure top-notch customer experiences. She is the Corporate Vice President of Global Industry Marketing for Microsoft. Her team is responsible for providing robust solutions through the Microsoft Cloud and Microsoft’s partner ecosystem to help customers solve challenges and unlock opportunities specific to their industry. Previously, Kathleen spent 15 years at PTC where she held a variety of roles including EVP of Product and Chief Strategy Officer. While at PTC, Kathleen oversaw product development and strategy, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, corporate marketing, and PTC Academic. She’s a passionate advocate for advancing diversity and equity and promoting greater inclusion of women in science and technology by encouraging diverse perspectives, embracing our differences, and supporting a sense of belonging for all. In her free time, you’ll find her gardening, running, and adventuring with her husband and two kids.
