Cicy George is a learning and leadership development architect at Macy’s, Inc where she establishes the curriculum and experiences for leadership development programs. In her over 20-year career, she has vast experience working in Human Resources, Quality, and Administration spanning across the retail, financial and healthcare industries. Previously she worked in healthcare where she successfully launched a mentoring program for healthcare executives, implemented a peer coaching program, and developed learning experiences for leaders. She has co-authored two publications: one as a qualitative study on the long-term impact of a humanistic mentoring curriculum, and the second as a quantitative study addressing burnout and measuring resilience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY, Stony Brook, and a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University, Philadelphia.
