Bosky Mukherjee

Bosky is the Founder of PMDojo, where we help women and minorities get hired, promoted, and rise up to product leadership roles faster. Prior to this, Bosky has had over 22+ years of experience in product, working in numerous pre-product market fit startups and renowned companies like Atlassian. She has also built and scaled product teams as an executive. Currently, she is working on her book called “Unfiltered: Real Stories of People in Product,” supporting women founders to bootstrap their ventures into commercializing and raising a young family in the Bay Area. Bosky is highly regarded as a Product Coach, supporting numerous Product Managers and Product leaders at companies such as Uber, Meta, Netflix, and others in becoming stronger in product craft, leading innovation at scale, and making a lasting impact.
