Linda Gharib is a Director of Brand & Communications at Wolters Kluwer, a global expert solutions technology company. She oversees public relations, executive and employee communications, social media strategy, thought leadership programs, crisis communications, and reputation management for five lines of business. Ms. Gharib also serves as the communications advisor for the company’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Steering Committee, and Sustainability Governance Board. Prior to Wolters Kluwer, Ms. Gharib worked at Citigroup where she held several marketing leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Global Digital Marketing, where she built and led the consumer bank’s first Global Digital Marketing Center of Excellence. Prior to Citigroup, Ms. Gharib spent five years at Microsoft Corporation in various digital media roles partnering with Fortune 100 brands including Bank of America, Proctor & Gamble, Kraft, Macy’s, Delta Airlines and Lowe’s and their agencies. Ms. Gharib is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders and serves as an adjunct professor at Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business. She is also a board member for New York Women In Communications and the National Advertising Review Board. Linda has received extensive recognition for her contributions to the industry. Her honors include SheRunsIt & Working Mother Magazine “Advertising Working Mother of the Year Award,” the Journal of Financial Marketing & Gramercy Institute “Financial Marketing Award,” and the MarketingEDGE and Direct Marketing Association’s “Rising Star” Awards. Ms. Gharib studied International Marketing at the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Zurich. She holds a BA in English and Media Studies from Hunter College and an MBA degree in Marketing Management from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business in New York City.
