Meagen Johnson

Meagen is the EVP, Commerce at Havas Media Group, North America. Where she is responsible for the Havas Market team, which develops retail and eCommerce growth strategies for brands. A seasoned executive with more than 25 years of marketing, commerce, marketplaces, data, and operations experience, Meagen has built a demonstrable reputation for driving growth and creating innovative strategies. She is a visionary who anticipates macro and micro environments allowing her organization to gain a competitive advantage. She’s a dynamic, regularly featured speaker, panelist, and guest on podcasts, discussing marketing, commerce, marketplaces, and business topics. An award-winning executive, Meagen was recognized as a 2022 CMO Silicon Slopes finalist. In 2021, she was recognized as the Retail Innovator Award winner, Woman of the Year Bronze Stevie Award winner, and a Utah Business 30 Women to Watch honoree. Most recently, Meagen was the former SVP of Marketing at Jane.com, an online fast-fashion marketplace where she led Jane to accelerated growth in achieving over $1B GMV. Prior to joining Jane, Meagen held several key leadership roles in marketing, management, and operations. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an MBA from the University of Utah.
