Belinda-Jane Dolan is the CEO of the World Happiness Project, Director of Quantum Wellness and Co-founder of Clariti Indigenous Australia. Her companies consult to and provide training, and education on some of the largest social enablement and leadership projects. Her companies have won 23 awards for their work in countries around the world. She is on a mission to create the happiest nations in the world impacting 785 million people through workplace wellness, schools and individual projects. She and her team support leaders, teams and organisations to leverage their competitive advantage by developing thriving workplaces that are some of the most peak performing and happiest in the world. She has held various role on Boards for a Youth Mental Wellness Charity, an Education Company, a Peak Body in Wellness and a Health Charity. She is the author of the Chief Happiness Officer Book and has Chapters in 2 other books. Belinda is also an extreme adventurer and ultra-marathon runner. Aiming to set the World Record to become the first Australian woman with a disability to complete the Explorers Grand Slam. A challenge that involves climbing the highest mountains on each of the 7 continents and skiing to the North and South Pole. Being told she would never walk properly again was the catalyst for making a positive change and supporting others to live incredible lives regardless of their challenges. Belinda presents, researches and publishes on the science of happiness and wellbeing across the world. Her work at The World Happiness Project began as a legacy to her mom Jacqui who lost her battle with breast cancer at a very young age. Jacqui was one of the happiest people in the world and Belinda is determined to carry on the legacy of her mom. Belinda is living proof that anything is truly possible and that disadvantage can and does fuel greatness.
