The Women|Future Conference is hosted on Swapcard. You’ll be able to access Swapcard one month before the conference to build your schedule, complete your profile, and network with other attendees and speakers

The agenda will be updated on our website in July 2022 with the full list of conference sessions and timing

Yes, all sessions will be recorded and available to watch up to one year after the conference, through November 2023. Session recordings are included in your ticket price.

Registration for the 2022 conference will be available until the conclusion of the conference on November 10, 2022.

Groups of three or more will receive a 10% discount when registered together. We also offer students a $39 discounted ticket when purchased with a current, valid student ID.

Yes, if you purchase a ticket and are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Email help+conference@stevieawards.com if you need assistance transferring your ticket.

• 100% Refund: cancel registration by end of day October 7, 2022
• 50% Refund: cancel registration by end of day November 4, 2022
• No Refund: cancel registration at any time beginning on November 7, 2022

Our speakers are not paid, but they do receive international exposure among other benefits, if chosen.

All speaker submissions will be reviewed by the Women|Future Conference leadership team and the Advisory Board. Speakers are selected based on their experience and alignment with the conference topics.

We offer multiple levels of conference sponsorship. Please submit the form on our Sponsorship page if you are interested in learning more about advertising opportunities.

The Pitch Competition will be hosted live during the virtual conference. The format of the pitch competition will be similar to ABC’s critically-acclaimed entrepreneurial-themed TV show, Shark Tank. Each finalist will present a live, three-minute virtual pitch about their product/service, business model, and target market.

Applications will be accepted starting in August 2022. Your business must have been founded in 2019 or later in order to enter. For more information, click here.

Judging opportunities are available with sponsorships.

At the close of the competition, there will be three winners, each of which will receive funding to grow their business. This year’s funding will be determined based on the ongoing acquisition of sponsorship funds. The 2021 Pitch Competition funding breakdown was:

First place: $5,000 and a certification from Certify My Company ($4300 value)

Second place: $2,500

Third place: $1,000
